If your hosting requiremnets are small:
< 5 meg disk space
< 50 meg bandwidth
I'll host you for free. I have a reseller account at sultanhost.com. So all the reatures they advertise, I have also.
I wouldn't provide much service, I'd have to let you figure most stuff out for yourself.
