Although my knowledge is rather limited, I can probably help with a couple pointers..
LLC stands for limited liability company, and if you set one up in either Nevada or New Mexico, it can be set up annonymously.
The only other thing I can offer is that to set one up, you would need to speak with a lawyer. Generally, they are pretty quck and easy to set up, with nominal fees.
