ugh, id say requiem as well, but only because its lauded as such a great film. personally, i didnt much like it at all, didnt really challenge me at all, just placed a sense of unease for the entire film. its like watching gangster movies like Scarface and Goodfellas, you know the protagonist will meet his end somehow and that it won't be peaceful, so why are people so entertained with watching human life decline? (i will say that requiem was excellently shot, acted, directed, and produced; the storyline is what i dont understand about its supposed greatness)
