i wonder how many agree with me on this point: does it annoy you as much as it does me, when in a period piece, the film will throw in some STUPID comment or object from the present, then have the actors attempt some feeble humor at how quaint that thing from the present time is? ie the line from I, Robot where will puts on the Converse from 2004. its just so damned contrived and bloody obvious i cant help but be angered by it, an insult to basic intelligence.
