Personally, just the fact that someone is naked isn't cause for sexual aroual anyway. People can be incredibably disinterested in sex and ALSO be naked. I hardly ever find stills of women arousing anymore because I'm not convinced they really want sex at the moment of the picture (though some have done it for me.)
It's all about desires and intentions.
