ouija boards make me laugh. no offense of course.
it's a piece of cardboard, plastic and maybe glass, why would a spirit be attracted to it?
i know if i were a spirit, especially an angry one, i wouldn't want to go play with some piece of mass-manufactured garbage so that some kids can get a kick out of it.
how does it move then? well either you or your friend move it. possibly subliminally.
