Day of the Dead was pretty scary, but zombies have always freaked me out.
Rosmary's Baby was scary as shit. The whole movie sounds implausible, a New York housewife having satan's child, but the movie has this tension that runs throughout. Plus there are a couple scenes that make you jump right out of you skin.
