Just relax and do it. My wife lets me take pictures of her and she doesn't exactly have a perfect body, but its all about the attitude. I'd rather take pictures of her than any of my neurotic drama queen exes, one of whom had an awesome body but a shitty attitude about herself. Same goes for looking at pictures, if you're comfortable with who you are then it shows through and makes it sexy.
