I'll put all those above in a "maybe" box. Until I experience them personally, I'll believe in it, otherwise no, hearsays are dismissed. One thing annoys me though, is how people keep on using hearsays as "backup" for their beliefs in ghost. "My friend told me, some one said...I heard that...etc etc"
