Not for me, thanks. That is what after work hours are for. I am a daily pot smoker but would never and have never been inebriated before going to work.
If I had a fellow co-worker who I knew was drunk or stoned, I would have a problem, one that would see itself appear before their bosses. I just won't put up with that shit.
