ForwardtoDeath: This is just a piece of tattoo-inspired art. It's not actually designed to be a specific tattoo, although parts of it are images from tattoos I've seen, or at the least somewhat influenced by actual tattoos I've seen. As has been pointed out however, the sharp edges and the general composition would make applying it to the flesh difficult (although the general idea could be re-worked into an actual tattoo design).
