Pill manufacturers are running a business, they're not going to add other illegial drugs to your product if they can avoid it because it's expensive, and half the time people won't notice.
Yes, sometimes pills do contain other drugs, but they arn't 'laced', the drugs have been put in in quanities that will enhance the buzz. As i said before, you won't sell pills if you kill or make ill your market.
The stuff that makes up the pill is orally inert, yes, it's probably not the best stuff in the world, but it won't do you more damage than the MDMA. If you chose to snort, smoke or IV your E then thats another matter, and you get whats coming to you.

Pure MDMA is a completly different ball game, like you said pinkie, it affects you in a completly different way to pills, i prefer it myself, but it's just damned hard to get a hold of.
MDMA will affect you a hell of a lot differently than pills because your taking more of it, in a more concentrated form. Pure MDMA is beutiful.

Yes, there is a lot of shit being passed off for E, but as long as you buy from a reputable dealer, then 99.9999999999% of the time you'll be fine.
