But if you're not going clubbing that's definitely a bit much.
If you've got some specific issues that you're trying to avoid... like telling that girl you're in love with your true feelings... that will be tough... Stevie's suggestion of having a mate around is really good... tell him something like "Make sure you don't let me tell Susie that I'm in love with her!" and make him swear to it, because later you may try and persuade him to let you talk to her about it.
It's not like you'll be so messed up that you say things you don't intend, rather it's like you're suddenly in the mood to say the things that you've been holding back.
