You'll have to upload it somewhere to a webspace. There are only a few places to upload directly from your hard drive, and I don't think the Regional forums are included in those places.
I think Photo Bucket is a good place. I'm not sure what the exact address is for that site. Maybe
www.photobucket.com? If that's not it, ask your friendly Google browser
