Your logical thinking stays pretty much intact, so if you're worried that, say, you're going to go up to a police officer and tell him you've got this big stash of E on you, then no, you probably won't do that. But if it's something like a personal secret that you're more embarrassed to talk about than anything, you might tell someone because it will seem like no big deal. It's like alcohol in that it does definitely take away your inhibitions, but it's unlike alcohol in that you can still think logically and you won't wake up the next day wondering what the hell happened the night before and how you ended up in this hotel room with your pants and wallet gone. And it's a lot safer to drive on E than alcohol, but I wouldn't recommend it anyway. You're less likely to say something you'll regret later than something you should have said anyway but were too worried about what would happen if you did. Side effects and risks: both sides of the debate are partially right, you have to decide what they're right about and what risk you're willing to take.
