As one who has never had the habit involved, I can't guess what you are going through. I do know that while you alone have to do it, you don't have to do it alone. I'm sure there are support groups in your area. More importently, I'm sure you have friends and family that care about you and will be there to help you be strong. Don't be afraid to turn to the people in your life that matter for help. They can do more for you there then these words ona screen can do for you from here I am sure. Be strong, and I wish you the best.
