My Subaru and the clicks.. The nonstop noises...

I have a question. I have a 1991 Subaru Loyale Wagon with about 140k miles. Just recent it has been making this clicking sound that happens when the engine is say 'warming up' eg it goes away when the car has been running for a bit. Now, it's the sound that older cars make when the shit needs oil. According to the oil pressure gauge, the pressure is about 65-75 when I first start the car, and then the clicking begins. After about 10 minutes or so it goes away, and the pressure stabilizes to under .. I would say about 30. I was just curious, I don't have to drive 'er every day, I have other cars, but gas is expensive and this puppy gets damn good mileage compared to a Jeep Grand Cherokee.. Anyways, I can figure some mechanics out on my own, I was hoping to not have to spend my check at the mechanic and was curious if any of you have had any similar issues, or have any wisdom on how to fix it!

Any info is appreciated!
