Well, it's all a maybe. I wouldn't personally be attracted to that, but I figure if I'd go MMF, with the SO in the center, then why the heck not if there's an extra pair of silicon funbags around. (normally I wouldn't use that term, but it seems appropriate to refer to completely unfunctional breasts).
On the other hand, a FFM with post-op transexual. As long as the plumbing is correct, and I don't know beforehand, I don't want to know after. It's a don't ask, don't tell thing for me.
