You have to watch out which chat rooms you go in though. Usually people are extremely demanding and sit there sending messages to you the whole time telling you what they want to see you do. It kinda sucks, but sometimes it's a kick, letting others tell you how to perform.
It's even better when you have a girl on the other end starting to get off while tuning in (the ones that actually do have a cam).
