It's all about the motion - more motion = less time. So slow it down and then speed it up and then slow it down. Do that 20 or 30 times and she'll finish (sooner or later). Then it's your turn.
Alternatively, you can go down on her until she's done and then take your turn. I can't say I've ever gotten an objection to that approach.
