Definetly "The Infinity" by Five Pointe O. Even though they've been broken up for quite some time now they're still one of my favorite bands (not that that would matter at my funeral) and it's one of those songs with a message that I'd like to teach to everyone and they might just heed it because of the occasion.
As Well As:
Too Many Tool songs to mention
and "No Presents For Christmas" by Exhumed so they laugh as they exit.
My funeral is gonna rock.
