The best thing would to be to get the BS in Industrial Design work for 2 or 3 years then get an MBA. All the top 50 MBA programs look for at least 2 years of work experience. Since there is no certification for an MBA the top employers tend to look at the schools ranking to judge the quality of your education.
With the BS and the MBA you should be in good shape.
