It's like Boo said. Door alignment is a tedious job. The suggestion of altering (grinding) the stops is the simplest and least expensive idea. The person doing it would have to make sure the leading edge of the door does not go inside the fender far enough to hit.
If you really have some dough, get a custom shop to install suicide doors with your specifications for opening width since it would probably be hand made.
