I'm pretty certain that it's XP/2000 but figured I'd ask.
What you can do is open the file Mini071004-01.dmp and look at it. What it basically is is everything that is stored in the memory. When I last had an issue with my fiancees computer, I looked at thatand was able to determine that she had a problem with her modem which we updated and were golden. But, you should be able to look in there and look at the last few lines I think and it should help you determine whats doing it...hopefully.
