Bloodflowers was "supposed" to be their last album and RS decided to record some stuff on his own. He was going to release it and then decided he wasn't through with The Cure and this line up of the band yet.
Personally, I'd love to hear how he'd sound without "The Cure" sound.
I'm ok with the whiny relationship stuff as long as it's set to the right kind of melody and I feel that's what's missing from this album, or the US version. There's much better songs that are on the vinyl than this and it pisses me off. I'll be forced to toss out more bucks to have those. But being the dorkass that I am, I'll spend the money on it.
One other thing, and I think I mentioned this in our overtake, albeit brief of the introduction thread

, I believe alot of the way this album sounds has to do with it being co-produced by Ross Robinson.
How pathetic that I can go on and on about this band.
Thanks for the compliment on the tatt!
