I'd say either Canada as well - although I'm more than a little biased.

I'm not too worried about Bush bringing Canada down with him, especially after our recent elections resulting in a minority government. Canada hasn't been a big supporter of Bush's campaign, which I'm both surprised and proud of, except for participating in peacekeeping missions in Afghanistan.

Stay out of Toronto though. It's becoming too much like a typical US big city like New York or L.A. Go to some nice "medium" cities like Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, etc...
