Great! It all works now except:
1. The link you provided for the nightlies turned out to be a 0.9+ install not the 0.9.1 you've been raving about. [And, if you're as obessed as you say you are then there is a 0.9.2 beta out there. But you already knew that, didn't you?

2. I had to go to about:config and edit 3 entries to allow myself to make 0.9 extensions and lower compatible with 0.9+. [This was not easy [especially finding the fix] being a newbie to Firefox but I got it done.]

AND, a word of the wise to everyone out there who can't install any extensions:
MAKE SURE "Allow websites to install software" IS ENABLED!!!!!!!!!!!!
Under Options - Advanced - Software Update

You don't know how much of a headache it was not understanding why any extensions were not being installed.

On a side note: The Release Notes brag about being able to delete individual entries on autocomplete entries. ...Nope.
