I can attest that a power nap at lunch will do the trick. If I'm tired all morning at work, I will eat a quick lunch and take a 30 min nap. When I first wake up I feel pretty groggy, but five minutes later I feel refreshed and energetic. It's great!
Those prices are a little steep for a poor college student, but if I had the extra money and it was nearby, I would probably go for it.
