Okay, I threw my sister a shower a year ago. We had a riot.
The best game was the diaper smelling game. Get a bunch of clean diapers, and smear the insides with smelly things- shampoo, mustard, horseradish, jelly, cleaners- anything that has a definitive smell. You pass the dirty diapers around the table and each person has to guess what is in it. The person with the most correct guesses wins. The best part is seeing a bunch of grown women smell "used" diapers.
Another game is just for a door prize. As the guests walk in, give them each a napkin wrapped around some small candies tied with a ribbon. For one of the napkins, put some chocolate in it and melt it in the microwave before tossing it with the rest of the napkins- that is the dirty diaper. The person who at the end of the party opens their napkins to find the dirty diaper wins a door prize.
Unfortunatley, I cannot remember the rest of the games.
