The reason I said she was a total bitch is because of the following reasons
1. She never told my friend in person that she hit his car, he found out from witnesses and the voicemail on her roomates phone.
2. She didn't even say a simple sorry, she won't even talk about it to get it straightened out, all my friend did is ask if she had insurance and she tossed her insurance card at him and steamed outta there.
Yeah i told him to deal directly through his insurance company, cause then they do all the arguing. Today we are taking the car to a body shop thats around my hometown, it'll be a little bit of a drive (50 minutes) but the guy does some damn nice work.
