I always loved the big varied solo Page does in White Summer that makes up the majority of the song. It's all variations off that same theme, like jazz and rock met at a bar and got drunk and went home together that night.
I know there are better ones out there, but that's always been my favorite, and I've heard lots of live versions, and he never played it exactly the same twice.
