I come from a HUGE Catholic family so have several. Here are a couple:
Everyone is given a safety pin when they walk in the door. Whenever you here someone say "baby" they have to give you there pins. The person at the end of the shower who has the most pins, wins.
Take a ball of yarn. Draw out a straight piece that you think will measure around the pregnant party. After everyone has their piece of yarn (or string) measure. Closest wins.
Take two balloons and put it between two participants legs. They need to hope down to laundry baskets and "deliver" the balloon into the basket. Fastest wins, play elmination rounds until you come up with a winner.
Write down mom and dad's name at the top of a paper. Have everyone create as many names as they can from the letters in the parents names. Winner has the most names listed.
Fill a tray with baby items. Show it to everyone. Remove tray. Whoever can remember the most items, wins.
Hope this helps -- good luck.
