If you can get over the "nerd" stigma, Dungeons and Dragons is the most fun thing to do. You can waste 6 hours so easily, its silly.
Not counting snack costs, you spend 40 bucks, and you have everything you as a player need.
However, you do need an imagination, and a sense of fun. Sometimes, a lot of cunning to get around some situations, and the ability to think quickly. But, its great fun!
Paintball is also fun.
Project car, if you have the cash.
Exercise always works to kill some time. Try creative things, like hiking, biking or canoeing.
