To the one I love(d) (who's been dead almost 3 years- Bridge Over Troubled Waters - Simon and Garfunkel (the Leann Rimes version isn't bad either) This is one of my favorite songs, and is on my IPod, but I can't listen to it without tearing up.

To the one I loathe, I Will Take You Home, by the Grateful Dead.... This is a beautiful lullabye-ish song that's about kind of always being there for someone (this was played for me the night the jackass told me he loved me), and when I needed him the most, he wasn't there.
