I can see your point...and somewhat agree.
I mean, if I look at it as just a movie, it's pretty entertaining,
but... I can see the cheese.
However, even tho I'm not familiar with any comic books, If I look at it in terms of a comic book, i find that counters much of the cheese and makes it acceptable/excuseable.
So yeah, I liked it a lot. I think it's only fair to look at it within the comic book context, and, in that case, I think it did very well.
