Yup Fairly well perfected here. Neither one of us relish the "wet spot" so it's pretty standard even though the rest of our play may vary a LOT. If I've just changed the sheets or something and we absolutely don't want a spot we'll lay down a bathtowel or blanket before we start to play.
I've noticed that if I'm in the middle of an orgasm when hubby cums that the force of my orgasm will often push the cum back out more. So depending on our timing it doesn't always happen. Also I know that if she can strengthen her kegels she can hold it in somewhat for a short time until she gets to the bathroom at least. I've got ok control and I can be dribbling for hours if I don't go to pee right away.
If I end up with a wet spot in the end and we haven't laid down a towel or something I'll often grab a hand towel to lay over the spot. It doesn't end up staying put all night but at least long enough for stuff to dry and not be cold and clammy.
