I think the Trade will definetly make Orlando better, it will let them play more as a team than a one man show.
As for the Rockets I don't know. Is T-Mac a Van Gundy type Player? It will be interesting. The "southwest" Division is going to be tough for the rockets, its full of good pointgaurds(Parker, Jason Williams, Baron Davis, and maybe Nash) and the rockets just gave theirs away.
