I had the exact problem a couple of weeks ago, on my work machine. The worst part was that I picked it up checking a questionable site from TFP. Nothing, and I mean nothing would get rid of it. Aparently it hides somewhere, looking all innocent, and reinstalls itself on reboot. Our admin guy pissed with it for three days, and finally just nuked it, and reinstalled everything. Fortunately, it didn't spread into our network.
I dunno man, I do feel for ya. I know that it's some damnably annoying shit. But this one...whatever it is...it's a nasty little fucker.
