When it comes to shrinking the Federal government's powers and increasing Provincial powers the Bloc and Conservatives have a lot in common.
With reference to the cities specifically, I am very concerned about what this all means...
Then of course there is the whole non-confidence issue... it could be called as soon as the house sits... the interesting thing about our Parliament is that the house need only sit once every year.
