holy cohiba choskins, that humidor is wicked. i have been struggling with doing something and you have inspired me. i have about 500 cigars, (200 cuban) and have them in various coolers with humidification devices since i moved a couple years ago.
but mike c, my only fear is that i have a few friends that got nailed by beetles and by keeping my cigars separate, i think i am escaping this.
i bought the super heavy duty largest ziploc bags and put a few boxes at a time in each bag with a humidification device full of 50% propelyne glyco and 50% water.
then i put all those bags in about four different large coleman coolers.
every couple of months i check the status of the cigars and fill the devices as needed.
i also have three small humidors at home and three at work with a rotating supply of different cigars.
one humidor at each place is strictly cuban, and the other ones are based on the size of the cigar.
