Held more than two years? I read that and immediately think the Supreme Court decision meant nothing whatsoever. It gives the liberals the right to say they got a victory, while accomplishing absolutely nothing.
If they can't gather whatever intelligence, etc., they need in 2 years, they need to let them go anyways.
