heheh when i'm outdoor bike riding i'm going so fast i couldn't get bored... maybe that's why i'm injured now

dunno, maybe try something else like squash or swimming? punch-bag work? find someone else to run with? get your heart rate up for 30 mins is the main thing, doesn't matter so much how you go about it
