I have no prloblem with cardio- but lately it seems i just cant get motivated- im pretty fit- a little underweight actually due to stomach problems but mostly fit
anyway i just cant seem to get back into cardio lately, i just find it boring- so i was wondering what do you all think about , etc while ur doing cardio
sounds weird but its like im bored out of my mind while im doing it- whereas weights i never seem to have taht problem with when im strength training
i cant watch TV really while i do it- as i prefer outdoor bike riding and im just dammed bored outta my mind and advice
