Hwed- Read the text of bin Laden's radio addresses. He most certainly IS concerned with Westerners in the Arab world- he's pissed off that we won't get out of Saudi Arabia. He may not give a flying leap about Iraq, but to imply our being there doesn't ruffle feathers, you show that you're not well informed of al Queda's stance on the issue.
