I don't think the terrorists are going to give a Rat's ass who is officially in charge in Iraq as long as there are 100,000 plus US soldiers in Iraq.
Everybody knows that the US military is not going to start taking orders from the Iraqi governing council.
Expect more (and worse) of the same to continue (unfortunately).
