opens the can of worms, you know.
There is no agreement - nor can there ever be any - on what exactly does or does not inhibit the personal freedoms of others in a society.
It sounds good but it is thoroughly unworkable because there is no political consensus on how to define that territory - other than the complex system of interrelated laws and regulations that all societies end up with.
