Yeah I'll actually break the capillaries in my face. I try to keep breathing but it's nearly impossible and then my face gets all blotchy. It's really annoying afterwards. I get teased about it all the time from our swinger friends. I think the guys find it gratifying if they can make me do that despite my efforts to avoid causing my face to look like that for a couple days.
