I know your looking for one; but anything off of Jason Becker's "Perpetual Burn" album is great.

If you've never heard of him; you may be a little shocked to see his condition now. He was striken with a disease that rendered him totally paralized; and supported with a trach for breathing. He cant play guitar anymore; but he still composes music with software that uses the movement of his eyes. The music he was able to play speaks for itself.
