I've gone 6+ months. Why? Because I lived in a 10x10 room with a guy and his girlfriend. I wasn't going to do it in the shower (that's just rude), so I just avoided thinking about it. I would regularly go like 30+ days without it in high school, since I lived in a small apartment with my family, with both parents not working, and an older sister. I had very little time to work it.
The only problem is the wet dreams, which come at random, inopportune times (sometimes in a few days, sometimes in a month).
