In Quebec they have a rule about naming children - if you try and call your kid "Toaster" or "Saddam Hussein" they will not allow you to print that on a birth certificate. I tend to agree with that thinking, obviously you can call your kid what you want within your home, but the government won't let you call your kid Stalin on paper.
